Owner/ Broker
My wife Pam and I discovered the Sequim- Port Angeles Area in the 1980's and fell in love with the community and the incredible natural beauty of the area. We have traveled extensively and when we began to make future plans for our retirement we knew that we wanted to live on the Olympic Peninsula.
We enjoy spending our free time hiking in the Olympic Mountains, sailing on the straits of Juan the Fuca, and riding our horses Gabby and Rosie. I also enjoy flying and am a licensed pilot.
My involvement in real estate began with the purchase of my first investment property when I was eighteen years old. My wife and I lived in one side and we rented out the other, which almost covered our entire payment! My best friends' father in high school was a real estate developer so when we graduated we both earned our real estate licenses and worked for him. I earned a degree in Business from California State University, Sacramento while working in the real estate industry. I also earned my Real Estate Brokers license in 1987 and later opened a discount real estate business in Sacramento, California.
I am now the owner of U-Save Real Estate LLC. I opened U- Save Real Estate because I saw the need for people in the Sequim- Port Angeles Area to have another real estate alternative when they are buying or selling property. My goal is to save my clients a substantial amount of money in commissions when they sell, and to help those buying to discover the beautiful and diverse neighborhoods of our community. Building relationships and clearly communicating with my clients is a priority. I have almost 30 years of real estate experience in residential and investment real estate. I would be honored to assist you with your real estate needs and I promise that you can trust me to give you honest and professional service.

My husband and I moved to Sequim in 2003 when we retired. I taught school for 26 years in California while we raised our family. We were so anxious to move to Sequim that we retired on Friday, had things loaded on the moving van, and were on our way to Sequim on Saturday morning.
The amazing beauty of the mountains and water and the friendliness of the community caused us to feel we were “home” from the first day. We enjoy walking on the trails and camping in our free time, as well as being involved in our church’s activities.
When my son opened his Real Estate business, I decided to join his staff and have had the pleasure of helping clients fulfill their real estate dreams. I would love to assist you!
